How much is admission?

How long is a game?

We offer 3 options

1 Hour, 1.5 hour, 2 hour sessions

What is the minimum age requirement?

8 years old and older

Can we get a private lane?

Each party of 6 or less will get private lane.

If group of 7 people book, it will guaranty you 2 private lanes.

Do you sell alcohol?

Yes. We sell beer and wine.

Can we bring alcohol or beer?

No. You can’t bring any alcohol or wine with you.

Our alcohol license doesn’t allow any outside drinks.

Do you have any discounts?

We have Birthday Discount. For any special occasion/big group or any other discount contact 903-720-9081

Should we come in earlier?

Yes come in about 10 minutes before your booking time.

Can we bring our own food?

Yes you can bring your own food and non alcoholic beverages

What if we come late? Will you wait for us?

No worries. We will move your reservation for a next available slot

Do we need to sign waiver?

Yes every participant need to sign waiver

Where can I find a waiver

You will find it in your confirmation email.

How many people can participate at the same time?

We can do up to 60 people group simultaneously.

Do you provide training?

Yes, we will train you how to throw axes before you start

Do we have to make a reservation or can we just walk in?

 Yes you can walk in anytime.

Do you offer any team building/corporate packages?

Yes we offer special packages for groups of 10+. Click here to learn more!

Do I need to make a payment in order to make a booking?

Yes.

Do I need to pay for everyone in my group?

No, you can pay for your ticket only and other group members can pay all individually too

Do I need to make a downpayment for group reservation?

For individuals you need to make a payment at the time of booking
For groups you need to make a minimum of 50% down payment at the time of booking.

Can you send us an invoice so we can pay with a check?

Yes we can. What is your email so we can send you an invoice?

What is your cancelation policy?

We can cancel or change your booking with no additional charge but we don’t do refunds

.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of our business we don’t do refunds. We can reschedule your booking or if you need to cancel we can offer to leave a credit on your account for future booking.

What rules must I follow while visiting Axe Escape?

We have a few ground rules, which must be followed at all times:
Listen your Game Masters at all times
Do not bring any weapons, alcoholic beverages, or pets onto the property
Respect other customers and employees; no rude or lewd behavior.
No smoking inside the facility.
No flashlights

Can I bring my cellphone? May I take pictures inside?

Yes. Yes and Yes. We actually encourage our guests to take pictures. What can be better marketing for us if not you sharing fun pictures on social media? P.S. Just make sure to tag us 

Is there is a dress code?

All participants MUST wear proper CLOSED TOED SHOES. N

No heels.
